18th century gold snuff box by Pierre Pleyards

Gold hinged snuffbox with parallel waves on all sides framed by a frieze of interlacing flowers and leaves punctuated on the lid and base by four small flowers, while four flower pilasters cut out the frame.
Hallmark: Julien Alaterre, 1768-1774.
Discharge hallmark: head of helmeted young man, 1768-1774.
Letter date K crowned, for 1773.
Master silversmith Pierre Pleyards (1769-1790), crowned fleur-de-lys, two grains, a jug and PP.
