An important Louis XVI period carved and gilt mirror, Lombardy 1780

The profiled frame adorned with an acanthus frieze is covered with mirrors and decorated with decorative engravings all around. The magnificently openwork pediment is crowned with a bowl of flowers. The sides are decorated with garlands of flowers, and the lower frieze is adorned with a star-shaped motif.
