Neo-Gothic with its trilobes, warheads, and floral motifs characteristic of this style, our massive canopy is beautifully gilded with a beautiful patina. Worked on three sides, this imposing room once rested on columns and undoubtedly topped a niche hosting a Holy statue.
In two complementary elements, these dimensions are 72 cm by 72 cm by one meter in height.
72, as the number of Angels, and as the number of Disciples who would have been sent by Jesus (Luke 10,1-24).
Angels and Disciples carry the good Word, as this canopy made it radiate in the chapel in which it was.
