Very important and beautiful hunting scene, oil on paper mounted on canvas, Charles X period, first half of the 19th century.
The painting that we present is a testimony of the daily life in our countryside "The hunt" activity reserved for the aristocracy and the upper middle class in the nineteenth century.
These large decorative canvases were intended for the large country homes either placed in the entrances or in the dining rooms.
