Provençal mirror in gilded wood, late 18th century

Very decorative Provençal mirror in carved and gilded wood from the end of the 18th century.
The pediment is decorated with a cartouche in the shape of a shell on a background of ice, highlighting a generous basket of fruit.
The violin-shaped frame is decorated with abundant decoration combining garlands of foliage, flowers and acanthus leaves in harmony with the pediment.
