Hanakago, basket for flower arrangement (ikebana) made by Japanese Bamboo Artist Morigami Jin (born 1955-)
It is signed "Jin" under the base.
Morigami Jin was born a bamboo artist family and entered the Beppu school, Oita Prefecture. He studied under his father Morigami Tetsuo.
He made traditional basketsand is well known for bamboo airy sculptures.
Well represented in Museum like the Metropolitan.
