The 18th century artist takes up here with variations, a work by David Téniers the younger (same meaning). The painting is signed (illegible and not deciphered at this stage).
The composition is very rich with many fantastic characters minutely represented, apparently a witch who is busy with her preparations and parallel to this chaos two seated women who make sure to be very serene, a book in hand, in this atmosphere to say the least agitated ...
