Pair of armchairs flat natural beech molded and carved with flowers and foliage folder. The armrests supports are whiplash and the belt is hectic. They are based on cabriole legs with windings stamped St - Georges.
Saint Etienne - George died in 1737 his workshop was taught "Grand Saint - Georges." He was an excellent seat manufacturer. One rarely finds its stamp on simple and standard-grade seats. The library of the arsenal retains seat bearing his stamp.
