Attr to Auguste Borget (1808- 1877).
With G Chinnery, Auguste borget has been one of the very few occidental painters living on the Chinese coast in the first half of the 19th c (1838/39).
The wood pannel is 40 x 32 cm +frame.
They are very few paintings of this artist on the market. A painting cant be seen in the Municipal Museum of Bourges.
