An important work has also been devoted to the bronzes. The entrances of locks are surmounted by a face. The handles of draws falling to the valets are marked with the punch at the C Crowned. The latter attests to a tax on metals intended to finance the wars of Austria. It allows to locate the dresser between 1745 and 1749, period during which the tax was in force.
Louis XV period, between 1745 and 1749.
