Eugène Tirvert settled in Blainville-Crevon and became part of what Delattre would later call the “School of Blainville”, an active artistic community where numerous Norman painters, poets and musicians came together.
Among these artists were Robert-Antoine Pinchon, Pierre Dumont, Marcel Duchamp, Maurice Louvrier, Marcel Couchaux, and the poet Francis Yard, among others.
