Venetian Majolica Ball Vase - Sixteenth Century

Venetian majolica ball vase with polychrome decoration. One side features the portrait of a young man wearing a turban, and the other a bearded man, each within a yellow medallion, against a dark blue background decorated with flowers and foliage. A yellow and blue border adorns the foot and neck.
