A complete set of twelve table place card holders in patinated silver and partial vermeil, featuring hunting subjects, produced by FABBRICA ARGENTERIA FIORENTINA di BARTOLINI BARTOLOZZI & C. S.A.S., Florence, circa 1960.
Each piece depicts a game or woodland animal, rendered with lively and precise naturalism: pheasants, partridges, ducks, hare, squirrel, fox, wild boar, and a pointing dog. The finely chased figures, highlighted in gilt, stand out against bases modelled as tree stumps in patinated silver, creating a particularly decorative contrast.
This ensemble belongs to the post-war Florentine production, characterised by a strong taste for animal subjects and textural effects, in a style that is both refined and evocative of the hunting tradition and the art of the table.
