A walnut burl veneered drop-leaf chest of drawers, Modena, mid-18th century. The three-drawer front is separated by crosspieces, decorated with a thin inlaid frame that is repeated on the drop-leaf and the large side pilasters. Inside the drop-leaf are four drawers, a door, and a sliding panel. The sides feature two small sides, straight sides, and shaped front bracket feet., 112 x 136 x 63 cm.
