Jules Leleu - Macassar ebony sideboard or chest of drawers circa 1946

A superb sideboard in Macassar ebony veneer inlaid with floral motifs and mother-of-pearl butterflies. It opens with two doors revealing an interior in sycamore veneer with two shelves on each side. Silver-plated bronze ornamentation. Art Deco piece, circa 1946. In perfect condition, with impeccable finish. Signed on a plaque in the door: “J. Leleu.” Comes with its Art Deco key.
