Exceptional monumental giltwood dome lantern from Italy, late 19th century, retaining its original gilding. This striking piece features sculptural male and female caryatids, hand-textured glass panels, and a richly detailed domed crown adorned with 4 Pegasi.

Professionally fitted with seven light points, offering generous illumination while preserving its historic character. A rare and highly decorative architectural lantern of outstanding craftsmanship.
