French Furniture and Art Pieces of the 18th century and Empire period
Set of seating furniture (two armchairs and two chairs) in mahogany, bearing various inventory marks, stamped Jacob D rue Meslée.
This furniture was commissioned in 1807 by Joachim Murat for the Château de Neuilly, which he had acquired in 1804. In 1818, the château was transferred to the Duke of Orléans, future Louis-Philippe, future King of the French.

Condition report: Perfect condition, restored and reupholstered in our workshop. Antique silk (Lyon workmanship from the late 19th century).
