Salon table, stamped Lacroix

Rare pedestal table stamped R. LACROIX with inventory number of the CHATEAU de SAINT-CLOUD...and Fleur de Lys...

Louis XV period pedestal table bearing an inventory number and the mark of the Château de St Cloud as well as the r.Lacroix stamp.
The marble top is Turquin blue, surrounded by a thick flared gallery.
The piece is veneered with rosewood, cherry wood, palisander, walnut, and stained wood.
The tops of the legs are inlaid with flowers, while the tablet is inlaid with an elegant bouquet of leafy and flowering branches. Both inlays are set in ovoid reserves.
The belt is highlighted by reserves marked with crosswise fillets.

Its top measures 49 cm x 36 cm.
Its height is 75 cm.
