Very complete solid silver cutlery set, Richelieu pattern, by Puiforcat.
This very pure pattern is characteristic of the late 17th century with its rat tail/spearhead. This design is found on each spoon, fish knife, and three-pronged fork (fish, oyster).
It consists of 132 pieces:

12 Table knives
12 Dessert spoons
12 Dessert forks
12 Dessert knives
12 Fish forks
12 Fish knives
12 Oyster forks
12 Teaspoons
12 Serving pieces.
The spatulas are cut and engraved with initials.
Each piece is hallmarked with the Minerva and silversmith's mark.
Hallmark: Minerva, 1st standard (950/1000).
Silversmith: Emile Puiforcat. EP in a diamond.
It comes in its elegant original wooden case with 4 drawers and brass. Gross weight: 8.031 kg / weighing weight: 6.490 kg.
In good overall condition, with scratches from use.
