Student of Jules-Elie Delaunay and Gustave Moreau, he exhibited regularly at the Salon des artistes français from 1889 to 1897,
then in the great salons of his time, such as the Tuileries and the Salon d'Automne,
and in several Parisian galleries (Berthe Weill , Georges Petit, Durand Ruel... )

Oscillating between classicism and impressionism, his interior scenes and female portraits, imbued with softness and vibrant colors, captivate curators and private collectors alike.
