Three-colour gold and tortoiseshell notebook Paris 1762-1768

Chased and engraved three-colour gold booklet with a Greek frieze framed by half chevrons on the front and chevrons on the back, framing on one side an antique vase and on the other side a Rocaille covered pot in three gold piquets on a brown tortoiseshell background. It bears the hallmarks of the Fermier-Général Jean-Jacques Prevost, PARIS 1762-1768.
