Odiot - Large serving tray in solid silver

Odiot à Paris, large solid silver serving tray, oval shape with two lateral leafy handles. Periphery of openwork interlacing. Chased background of a garland of laurels and honeycomb. Central cartouche monogrammed GD. This tray bears the 950-thousandth minerve head and Odiot master goldsmith hallmarks, as well as the Odiot stamp in Paris and numbered 9161. Tray in good condition, with just a few micro scratches from use. Second Empire period.
