Offered by Borrelli Antichita
Antique harp in maple and gilded wood with bronze feet and pedals.
On the modillion, near the junction with the column, we find the number 793 followed by the inscription Pleyel, Lyon et C.ie (Paris).
The entire harp is wood-colored, with the exception of some gilded carved wood finishes that stand out from the rest of the structure.
It has seventy-eight strings, and the two orders cross at approximately mid-height.
This type of harp was designed by Gustave Lyon in 1894-95, who eliminated the pedalboard by mounting the instrument with the full chromatic series and crossing the strings to save space.
