Gold-mounted agate wax case 18th century

Hinged agate case of truncated cone shape with curved section, edged in gold and adorned with an old-cut diamond pusher. The body is composed of concave sides separated by flutes, ending in a gold-rimmed cushion.
14-carat gold.
