Cérès chariot clock circa 1800

Cérès chariot clock in patinated and gilded bronze. The tank, richly decorated with ears of wheat, is pulled by two oxen, driven by a charioteer, the goddess, crowned with ears of wheat, closing the step ; the dial is inscribed in the wheel, encircled by enamel ; it rests on a base with "guilloché decoration".
Possibly foreign work early 19th century.
