Oval-section gold wax case engraved and chased with garlands of leaves and fruit (grapes) on a polished gold fluted base. The rounded upper end is decorated with a 12-petal two-gold rosette on a sand-blasted background. Framing friezes in acanthus leaves, adorned at the base with finely chased canals with fleurons. 18th century period.
