Louis XV chest of drawers in inlaid walnut

Rare chest of drawers curved on the front and on the sides, opening with three drawers and from the 18th century.
The frame is in solid walnut very nicely inlaid with flowers and foliage in reserves highlighted with boxwood fillets and green tinted wood.
The drawers are also decorated with three symmetrical compartments surrounded by rosewood fillets.
The solid walnut top receives a lovely medallion inlaid with musical instruments in a plant decor (violin, tambourine, various wind instruments including flutes, horn, trumpet and sheet music).
A set of rosewood and arabesque reserves elegantly underlines the spandrels.
To complete this abundant decor, our chest of drawers is embellished with a beautiful ornamentation of gilded and chiseled bronzes.
