Master goldsmith: Augustin-André Héguin. He became a master silversmith on 16 April 1785, having been enthroned by Jean-Joseph Barrière. He began by making mainly simple and enamelled snuffboxes, as well as jewellery, and was one of Grancher's suppliers at Petit Dunkerque, a guarantee of quality. He continued to work after the Revolution and in 1804/1805 registered a new hallmark at 11 rue de la Monnaie, before moving to 27 place Thionville in 1811.
