The Middle Ages dresser is a piece of furniture divided in two parts. The bottom part is open while the upper part is full and closed.

The upper part is decorated with an abundance of carving on the front and the sides. It is made up of two doors and three uprights decorated with Corinthian capitals ribbed pilasters.

On each of the doors and on the sides of the upper part, the design is centred by a floral medallion with a braided border. This is then surrounded by carvings depicting cut-out leather.

Two elongated balustered legs, with heavily ribbed shafts, support two belt drawers decorated with egg and tongue moldings.

There is an ornamented rim at the very bottom of the dresser.
