French carved walnut coat of arms, 17th century

Coat of arms representing two cherubs in a beautiful frame with flowers and foliage. The cherubs are represented as a bust "sheathed" with acanthus leaves. They have youthful faces wearing curls that fall gracefully over their shoulders.
In the center, a crown of foliage probably once containing a painted coat of arms.
