Art Nouveau yellow gold draperie necklace, circa 1900

An Art Nouveau 18K yellow gold draperie necklace, circa 1900. The articulated frontal section features a graduated drop of nine circular medallions with a guilloché finish. Each medallion is delicately pierced with a stylized floral motif consisting of five smooth leaves and an elevated stem punctuated by tiny beads. The reverse section transitions into a bar-link chain. The spring ring clasp is a later replacement and bears the rhinoceros head hallmark, while the main necklace features the owl hallmark.
