Yellow gold ring with green tourmaline, diamonds and tsavorites

An 18K yellow gold ring set with a very fine quality 2.80 ct green tourmaline in a geometric design composed of a line of 12 brilliant-cut diamonds totaling 0.18 ct.
Eight square-cut tsavorites are set in the corners of this design, and four tsavorites are set on the back totaling 0.60 ct.

Tasvorite belongs to the garnet family, a group of minerals that comes in a variety of colors, but tsavorite is distinguished by its vibrant green hue, comparable to that of emerald. What makes the Tsavorite even more special is its rarity.
