Burgenland service from the Villeroy & Boch factory

Important table service composed of 90 earthenware pieces, Burgenland model, decorated with animated landscapes in blue monochrome.

It consists of:

- 24 plates (5 seeded)
- 12 dessert plates
- 12 soup plates
- 12 coffee cups and saucers
- 1 display with 3 levels and 1 display with 2 levels
- 1 large oval dish.
-2 round dishes of different sizes (1 with chip)
- 1 pie dish
- 2 salad bowls of different sizes
- 1 soup bowl
- 1 sauce boat
- 1 butter dish
- 2 bowls
- 1 salt shaker and 1 pepper shaker
- 1 jug
- 1 creamer
- 1 sugar bowl

Very good condition, some chips as indicated above and some stains.

Produced between 1960 and 1969, this earthenware service was a great success. Several different romantic castles and ruins are depicted on the service pieces.
