Provenance: Collection of Arturo Lopez-Willshaw in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
A second pair en suite with this one but repainted and regilt was in the collection of Baron Alexis de Redé at Hotel Lambert , Paris ( Sotheby's sale, 17 March 2005 , n° 806)
