Bronze figure of Eros, Roman, 1st-2nd Century A.D.

Eros is shown landing on a column. Finely modeled in a naturalistic way, with childish proportions and chubby features. The figure is in a relaxed posture with the lively movement of the twisted head and body, twin wings with incised feathers attached to his back.
