Set of fourten surgical Insruments, Roman period, 1st-2nd century A.D.

Finely worked surgical instruments in bronze, some with bone handles. A set of 14 instruments is quite rare and interesting from a scientific point of view.

Private collection, Switzerland, bought in the early 20th century, thence by descent to the present owner
