The Judith & Jean de Beaumont Gallery was born out of more than twenty-five years devoted to collecting old master paintings—primarily Flemish works from the 16th, 17th, and 18th centuries—a collection that has gradually expanded to include classical Italian paintings. Stemming from a long-standing family tradition, this passion has been nurtured by many years spent exploring the collections of French museums—an experience further enriched by Jean de Beaumont’s authorship of the *Guide des musées de France*, published by Payot & Rivages.
