Middle Bureau dos d'âne forming delivery tables of the Régence period stamped BVRB for Bernard VAN RIESEN BURGH The set is composed of two parts. Lower part forming the support of the desk composed of four legs with double curves revealing a drawer in the front, the top covered with a Chinese lacquer; the legs ended by finely chiseled bronze shoes. Removable upper part in the form of a donkey's back fitted into the base. The donkey's back has a tilting writing surface revealing five curved drawers and a secret drawer hidden by a sliding shelf. Original lock entries and locks. Stamped twice BVRB under the back
