The medallions are enamelled in grisaille with musician cherubs on a pink background. They are framed by volutes set with stones and fine pearls. They hold a pearl in a tassel. They are held in place by belcher chains alternating with barrettes set with fine pearls. The ratchet clasp is adorned with two rows of fine pearls.
