In natural beech, the upside down heads with brackets, molded and decorated with a beautiful and fine sculpture of flowers and foliage that is found on the belt movement.
It rests on eight curved legs with scrolls and flower decorations.

Son of the carpenter Jean Cresson, he established himself in the rue de Cléry under the sign "L'image de Saint Louis". He became the carpenter of the Prince de Condé and the Duke of Orleans.
