Japanese Sumi-e 2-Panel Screen. Attribution to Yokoyama Kazan

Painted in black ink on paper (sumi-e) and gold powder, it can be attributed to the artist (Yokoyama Kazan 1781-1837) who describes, in a very fine and precise way, a lake landscape in the continuity of the previous screen, fishermen against a backdrop of mountains in the mist. Yokoyama Kazan (1781-1837) is a painter from Kyoto listed from the 10th to the 13th Bunsei year (1827-1830).
Some erosions dues to the age. Dimensions 188 x H 171 cm.
