Pair of flintlock pistols, signed Lambert dit Biron
Liege end of XVIIIth century
Steel, iron, wood and silver.
Total length 54 cm. Length of the barrels 38cm. Caliber 14mm.
Round barrels, entirely engraved and damascened with silver on three registers.
Flat-bodied front plates, one signed "Lambert", the other "dit Biron"; swan-necked hammers, basins with flame part; roller battery springs.
All iron fittings; line engraved counterplates, bridges decorated with an acorn; guilloche screws.
Wooden rods with horn tips.
Wooden mounts carved with flowers and foliage; horn parts at the mouths.
