Oil on canvas representing a queen richly dressed with jewels and which come out of the box she holds half-open in her hands.
She is wearing a rich crown set with precious stones and pearls. On the left we see a silver ewer decorated with an armed soldier.
The background is dark, but on the right we can see the glow of a flickering candle, and probably a ray of light on a piece of furniture.
It may also be an allegory of Fortune.
Old re- lined canvas that has left marks in the canvas on the left.
