GERMAN NAVY OFFICER'S DAGGER, model 1921, Marine Offizierdolch, Weimar Republic. 21624

All metal parts in gilded brass. Spherical pommel presenting in relief on its base eight crest-shaped waves, on its periphery sparks, topped with a small ball.
Rocket in blackened wood with six grooves underlined by a twisted brass filigree. Guard with two symmetrical horizontal quillons with floral motifs ending in two grooved spherical protuberances. Guard crest representing a wired anchor, on both sides. Under the thin guard, a brass bumper plate, itself protected by a small piece of felt, forming a seal.
Nickel-plated steel blade without engraving, double-edged and double fuller, signed on the rectangular heel with the manufacturer's logo ALCOSO representing a scale framed by the initials "ACS".
Hammered brass scabbard, bail bracelets with an oak leaf suite.
Wrist strap in silver thread trimmings, wear at the places of friction.
