A Black Lacquered ‘Menpo’
The iron armour mask finely formed with a ‘stiff’ hair moustache, pronounced chin and bold wrinkles outlining the mouth and cheeks, the upper lip lacquered red, the mouth with gilded teeth
Beneath the chin the four plate lacquered throat protector has white, blue, burgundy and orange silk lacing and printed doe skin
