Ball-shaped and on a silver base (punch), the decoration represents an iris flower. The vase is made using the Musen technique (wireless). Or a removal of wires forming the partitions before the last firing. This technique, essentially mastered by Japanese artisans, brings depth and a unique transparency effect. Made in the workshops of Ando Jubei. Meiji period (1868-1912).
