In the central part 12 scenes surround the Crucifixion in the middle with the empty cross: Last Supper, Betrayal of Judas, Christ before Caiaphas, Christ before Pilate, Tikhvinskaya Mother of God, Mocking of Christ, Three sleeping apostles on the Mount of Olives, Carrying of the Cross, Washing of the Feet, Christ Pantocrator, St John the Forrerunner, Christ on the Cold Stone. On top the Anastasis is depicted.
The left wings depicts from top to bottom: Raising of Lazarus, Birth of the Virgin, Entrance of the Virgin into the Temple, Presentation of Christ in the Temple, Entry into Jerusalem, Dormition, Elevation of the Cross, Lamentation of Christ, Mandylion.
The right wings depicts from top to bottom: Women at the Empty Grave, Nativity, Holy Trinity, Anastasis, Transfiguration on Mount Thabor, Feodorovskaya Mother of God, St Nicholas, St Efremy, St Arkady.
