Paul Leduc was a Belgian painter, specializing in landscapes and city views. Paul Leduc began his studies with the students of Joseph Coosemans in Tervuren. He was a student at the Academy of Mons under the direction of Bourlard (1891-1896) and at the NHISKA under Baertsoen. He worked in Belgium and the Netherlands, but especially in the South and in Italy, where he represented the rivers, canals and bridges. Leduc quickly evolved towards a French-inspired impressionism and later towards luminism.
His works can be found in museums all around the world, such as: Brussels, Bucharest, Buenos Aires, Frankfurt and Rio de Janeiro.
