Pertuisane finely engraved with floral motifs in rosettes drawn in dotted lines, whose blade, characterized by a triangular double-edged iron, cut into two symmetrical grooves and provided with a median edge, is mounted on a wooden shaft covered with cloth and nails.
It was used from the 15th to the 17th century to estoquer or cut the hocks of horses.
