The two canvases are oval and of good size, painted by Giacomo Nani, a painter in Naples specializing in the production of still lifes of flowers often accompanied by domestic animals, typical foods of the time and kitchen items.
The was the pupil of Gaspare Lopez from which he draws the luminous chromaticism and the technique of composition.
